When will my order be ready?
Most orders will be available within 24 hours for pick up. But store hours and the holidays may impact the pickup date.
We also may need more time to complete your order as some items will need to be shipped to your store. That means those items will be available for pick up within 5-6 business days.
In all cases, please wait for the pickup notification email before visiting us.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
We'll send you a pickup notification email usually within 24 hours. Once you get the email, you can pick up your order during store hours.11If your item goes out of stock as we process your order, then we'll send an email to let you know.
What happens if my item is not currently in stock at my store?
You can ship the item to your store. We'll email you when your item is ready for pick up in 5-6 business days.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Not at this moment, but soon. For now, only the customer who bought the item may pick up the order.How long will you hold my order?
Your order will be held for up to a week. In the meantime, you'll receive:
• a reminder email after 2 days
• a final reminder email after 6 daysIf we don’t hear from you after a week, then we'll mail your order to the billing address used during checkout.
What items are excluded from store pickup?
Drop shipments, items with additional shipping charges, gift cards and customized/personalized products.What methods of payment do you accept for store pickup orders?
We only accept credit cards or gift cards. All orders are subject to complete verification.
